FAQ

Common Questions

Do I need to be present?
No. As long as we have dock access, we can complete the service while you're away.
What's your service area?
All Central Florida lakes (Butler Chain, Harris Chain, Lake Toho, Winter Park) plus Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, New Smyrna Beach, and Crystal River.
When do I pay?
No payment until we confirm your booking. We invoice after service completion — cash, card, or Venmo accepted.
Do you offer recurring plans?
Yes — monthly maintenance plans are available. Mention it in the notes field when booking and we'll discuss options.
What if it rains?
We monitor weather and will contact you to reschedule if conditions prevent a quality detail.
Is pricing fixed regardless of boat size?
Pricing is flat for boats up to 35 ft. For vessels 36 ft and above, we may quote a small upcharge based on scope — we'll confirm before booking.
